Problems again

I can't submit art to the handmade folder- there is no option to contribute art for this folder? I'm sorry if I'm being dumb...

BTW it seems that folders '' Universal Studios Films'' and ''Young Frankenstein'' also don't have the option to contribute art. All other folders have the option.
